A Review on Building Information Modelling use in Infrastructure Project

Abstract

The use of BIM in buildings is more compared to other projects.It has various applications  in infrastructure projects in Roads and highways.In most of the developed countries the use of BIM is increasing day by day in various fields .The current scenario in India is different ,study shows minimal use of new technology like BIM in construction industry .This research aims to identify the potential use of BIM in infrastructure pojects by literature review .It also analyses the challenges and application of BIM in infrastructure projects.
