Work Life Balance in Digital Era: A Critical Challenge For Information Technology Employees

Abstract

Work life balance  is a critical challenge facing most of the Information technology  employees.The present study explores the status of WLB among the employees of IT sector organsiations in Chennai,Tamilnadu.An overview of the overall level of work life balance among the IT employees of this study also clearly indicates that vast majority of them are facing Work life balance  issues where Work interference with Personal life  and Personal life interference with work  are stumbling blocks in their attempts to attain Work life balance .
