Abstract

In this article, because of the continuous quarantine in the context of the 2020 pandemic, many businesses have suffered huge losses and were forced to lay off their employees. However, even in such conditions, there were those who did not stop their activities, at least partially, changing their business from the traditional to the online method, using the available electronic resources at the enterprise.
